Coaching, Leadership Development & Organisational Psychology

I work as a coach and organisational psychologist, supporting individuals and organisations with leadership, development and transition.

My background combines senior in-house experience with independent coaching practice, and I currently work as a Coach-Mentor Supervisor supporting the development of coaches.

This site provides a brief overview of my background. If you would like an initial conversation, please feel free to get in touch.

Background & Experience

I am a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and accredited coach, with experience spanning corporate and independent settings.

My work has included leadership and organisational development within a large global organisation, alongside executive and individual coaching across a range of roles and contexts.

I am particularly interested in supporting people through transition, leadership development and changes in role or context.

Alongside my independent work, I currently work as a Coach-Mentor Supervisor within apprenticeship programmes, supporting the development of coaches in practice.

My approach is grounded, reflective and development-focused, drawing on psychological theory alongside practical experience.
